Turning Pointe is offering these beautiful cards, designed by local artist Ruth Peterson, to honor a woman in your life who has been very special. The cards are appropriate for any woman such as mother, sister, aunt, teacher, mentor, etc., and for any occasion, birthdays, grandparent's day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or just because.
The verse inside reads: "To an extraordinary woman. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, strength and wisdom. You have touched my life and I am grateful."
The back reads: "A donation has been made in your honor to Turning Pointe Domestic Violence Services."
Each card is $10, and Turning Pointe plans to offer the cards on a year-round basis. Ms. Peterson will donate a new design each year. The design will change each May in conjunction with Mother's Day.
